WHAT IS YOUR APPROACH TO TRAINING AND COACHING?
My coaching philosophy is centered around the idea that everyone has the ability to train like an athlete. I train everyone with the purpose of improving overall health, quality of movement, and enhancing functionality.
I HAVE A HISTORY WITH INJURIES. CAN YOU HELP ME?
Injuries are an unfortunate part of life and sport. For those living with and/or recovering from injury, I help you continue to train in a smart manner while you heal. My background working with injuries and alongside Athletic Trainers and Physical Therapists has led to me establishing a comprehensive Return To Play program that builds on the recovery work already done in physical therapy.
WHAT AGE GROUPS DO YOU TRAIN?
I have trained individuals as young as 3 (my son) up to the age of 66+. My preference is to have individuals no younger than 7/8 year old. This is because realistically, before this age, playing outside is going to be the best teacher for them. However I do make some exceptions on a case by case basis.
DO YOU OFFER SMALL GROUP TRAINING?
Yes, I offer Small Group Training. Small Group Training is limited to 4-6 participants per group.
